We educate our clients from an Executive Functions model to pinpoint how ADHD is negatively impacting our clients' lives. We then personalize treatment interventions from a variety of treamtent modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, food/diet education, medication/supplment education, mindfulness training, planning/ time management skills, and others.
Our providers have years of experience working with individuals that struggle with depression and anxiety. We tailor our interventions in a manner that best fits our clients' needs. Our treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and others.
We create a safe, non-judgmental and unbiased environment to help clients navigate concerns related to faith and religion. Whether clients are adopting a more nuanced stance within their religion, reconciling conflicting beliefs or completely leaving a religion, we utilize several treatment modalities to help clients process their thoughts and feelings regarding faith and support them in finding community.
We offer family therapy when working with our adolescent clients. Family therapy can look different depending on circumstances, but our providers strive to include parents when the situation permits. Our providers utlize attachment-based interventions and approaches as well as education.
Common challenges we help our clients navigate include adolescence, adjusting to young adulthood, marriage, parenthood, death and divorce. We work with clients to utilize their strengths and develop new ones so that they are better equipped to conquer their challenges.
In addition to areas already discussed, we treat mood disorders, pornography compulsions, behavioral addictions, various types of anxiety disorder such as scrupulosity, OCD, and PTSD.
